Askal Basirbasirma494@gmail.com
This study aims to analyze the role of government ecology as a mediating variable in the relationship between digital public participation and government digitalization towards responsive local governance in Baubau City. The background of this study is based on the increasing public demand for fast, adaptive, and technology-based public services, which has not been fully balanced by the readiness of the local government ecosystem. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method . Data were collected through a survey of 100 respondents from local government agencies and related stakeholders, with research instruments that have met the criteria of validity and reliability. The analysis results show that digital public participation has a significant impact on responsive governance and has a very strong influence on government ecology. Government digitalization is also proven to have a significant direct impact on responsive governance, but does not significantly affect government ecology. Furthermore, government ecology has a significant impact on responsive governance and acts as a mediating variable that strengthens the influence of digital public participation and government digitalization on governance responsiveness. These findings confirm that the success of digital transformation of local government is not only determined by technological aspects, but is highly dependent on the quality of the government ecosystem that includes the integration of actors, processes, and institutions. This research provides theoretical contributions to the development of digital governance studies based on a government ecology approach, as well as practical implications for local governments in formulating more holistic, collaborative, and sustainable digital transformation policies.

2026-01-12T08:26:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Jurnal Pendidikan, Sains Sosial, dan Agamahttps://jurnal.radenwijaya.ac.id/index.php/PSSA/article/view/2492Analysis Performance Study Program Lecturer Education Language Indonesia FKIP HKBP University Nommensen Pematangsiantar2026-01-12T23:41:34+00:00Dika Kristina Lambok Manurungdikamanurung4@gmail.comSeptinar Silalahiseptinarsilalahi443@gmail.comMastiur verawaty Silalahimastiur.verawaty@gmail.comMasni Veronika Situmorangmasniveronika@gmail.com
The focus of this study is to determine student satisfaction with lecturer performance in the learning process at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Nommensen University, in Siantar City. The increasing tension between traditional masculine norms—emphasizing emotional restraint, autonomy, and strength—and contemporary expectations that value emotional openness and social connectedness may place male students at heightened risk for lower well-being. Using a quantitative correlational design, this research involved 227 male students selected through purposive sampling. Four standardized instruments were employed: The Gender-Role Conflict Scale, the Revised UCLA Loneliness Scale, the Fatherhood Scale, and two well-being measures (SWLS and SPANE). Data were analysed using SEM-PLS to assess the simultaneous and relative contributions of each predictor. Results indicate that loneliness and fatherless significantly and negatively predict subjective well-being, with loneliness emerging as the strongest predictor. In contrast, gender role conflict does not significantly influence subjective well-being in this sample. The model explains 26.9% of the variance in subjective well-being, supported by robust regression diagnostics, including acceptable VIF values and the absence of heteroskedasticity. These findings highlight the central role of emotional and relational factors—particularly loneliness and the presence of a supportive father figure—in shaping well-being among male students. The nonsignificant effect of gender role conflict suggests that masculine norm pressures may not directly reduce well-being but could influence it indirectly through other psychological mechanisms. The study underscores the need for university counselling services and family-based interventions to address loneliness and strengthen father–son relationships as protective factors that can enhance the psychological well-being of male students
2026-01-31T01:03:52+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Jurnal Pendidikan, Sains Sosial, dan Agamahttps://jurnal.radenwijaya.ac.id/index.php/PSSA/article/view/2580Use Of Protective Tools In Learning Mathematics In Elementary Schools2026-01-31T01:09:23+00:00Juli Asmida Rambejuliasmida46@gmail.comRapita Rapitarapita88@gmail.com
Study This aim For describe How use tool props in learning process mathematics in School Base (SD).
